Combo Boiler
• Easy to clean
• Easy removable
• Ergonomic
• Double safety feature
The Combo Boiler has been developed to provide boiling water on board of aircraft. By design and material selection the Combo Boiler provides an attractive and ergonomic alternative to the standard range of water boiling products.
With a permanent installed base unit and easily removable kettle, the system provides high flexibility with convenient operations. As the kettle contains no electrical parts it can be easily cleaned in standard washing operations.
The integrated double safety feature ensures that the heating element is turned off as soon as the latch is opened or when the kettle is removed from the base.
Hot Cup
Hot cups “boil” water, which makes a better cup of tea. Hot Cups can also be used to warm up baby bottles or prepare instant noodle soup. Hot cups are double walled stainless steel cups with an integrated heating element.
Models can be fitted with or without lid. Contents can be 1 litre or 2 litres. A thermostat regulates disengaging of heating element at 105° C (221F) and switching on at 95° C (203 F).
Driessen launches a new hot cup to boil water on board of aircraft. The new hot cup has been developed for Boeing’s successful new aircraft, the Boeing 787. Special attention was given to the design, new features and safe, innovative techniques. The new hot cup will be adjusted for use on existing aircraft types as well, and is expected to be available from 2009.
Hot Jug
Our Hot Jugs are designed to hold temperatures of beverages. We offer designs with heating elements, fitted with electrical connectors to match a galley receptacle. Alternatively, we can provide you with units without heating elements.
The double walled units have inner tanks designed at an angle towards the faucet for quick and efficient draining. A thermostat regulates the temperature around 82 degrees C. The hot Jugs can be outfitted with a meal cardholder, embossed logo and larger faucet.
