We can provide you with oven inserts that fit in all types of convection and steam ovens. Our inserts are available in all configurations including Atlas and KSSU design.

The oven inserts are made of lightweight anodised aluminium with a solid heat-treated aluminium frame. A recessed aluminium-carrying handle on the top completes the oven insert housing.

The oven tray runners are integrated into the insert sides. The rear panel cutout accommodates the oven fan and houses the oven’s temperature sensor. Eight oven skids fit in the oven insert, providing room for 32 standard-size meals or 48 meals in the extended oven insert.

Our oven skids are designed to interface with all matching Oven Inserts. We supply aluminium skids in many different configurations including Atlas and KSSU design. The anodised skid is designed to provide a strong product with a seamless and smooth interior.
