Our unique Flight Return Catering Trolleys have been developed upon the request of several customers who wish to load return catering at their home base.

Our Return Catering Trolley consists of an under carrier, which is a base on wheels with a break system, and 2 modular catering boxes. These boxes can be easily engaged or disengaged, simply by pressing a button.

The trolley with boxes is carried on board for immediate catering and can be stowed in a normal galley position.

During the turnaround new catering boxes replace the empty boxes. These are stored in a rack in the belly of the aircraft, which provides a secured food temperature chain due to aircraft cargo temperature environment.
