We are located in the Northern Region Industrial Estate of Lamphun and our facilities consist of four factory:

- Trolley manufacturing factory
- Aluminium sheet metal products manufacturing factory
- Aluminium & Stainless steel parts factory
- Aluminium extrusion factory

We are currently looking for a ’Head of Production Support Team’ for our Trolley Factory. In this position, the person will have to facilitate an order through its entire production process.

Qualification:

- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
- Must have 3-5 years in production planning experiences, especially in assembly industry will be an advantage.
- Thorough understanding of MRP (computer simulation application) and the relationship between supply and demand, comprehensive knowledge of the relationship of raw material, work in process and finished goods.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word.

- Strong leadership, initiative and independent with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of basic inventory and production control techniques
- Using statistics, understanding charts, graphs & diagrams
- Collecting and analyzing information
- Using MRP (Computer simulation application)

- Making important decisions quickly, problem-solving
- Keeping detailed and accurate records.

Job descriptions:

- Schedule the shop floor, process new customer orders and customer change orders, perform inventory related transactions.
- Review backlog reports and order status daily as well as take the necessary steps to ensure no delays
- Planning production to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Using MRP to decide when to release inventory.
- Analyzing customer demands, inventory levels and manufacturing flow.
- Calculating the amount and type of materials needed for production.
- Taking into account manufacturing needs, raw materials, and computer requests when making the schedule.
- Changing the production schedule to accommodate last-minute customer requests and to adjust for late arrival of materials, machinery breakdowns, and other problems.
- In charge of both warehouse and production support team.
- Report directly to Planning Manager.
