Position: Head of R&D Support (Centre)

Department: R&D, Maintenance, Tools-making



Qualification:

1.1 Complete education of not Update below bachelor’s degree in Accounting or

Business Administation or equivalent to or other field with curriculum concerning

with general administration and preferable a technical background

1.2 Good command of English

1.3 Strong leadership skill



Job Description:

2.1 Key in of worklorders / planning in computer system

2.2 Update machines/tools/items to be used in concerned departments

2.3 Control use of materials

2.4 Collecting registerated hours on orders

2.5 Propose, update and control required minimum stock levels

2.6 Take initiative in exchange of information between other departments like

production, shipping etc.

2.7 Check costs spent on equipment/projects.

2.8 Collect data to make weekly summary

2.9 Take care of clean place for staff and workers

2.10 Take care of R&D warehouse i.e. tools shop, maintenance

2.11 Monitoring performance of staff and workers under responsibility



Competence:

3.1 Good communication/command of spoken and written English
